The conversation will take place online on Zoom only. The original conference required a registration fee\, but the new virtual conversation is **completely free for youth\, parents\, caregivers\, and families**. \nJoin us for an honest and encouraging conversation about the challenges young people and their families face today. Our speakers will share lived experiences\, practical guidance\, and ideas that can help families grow stronger together. \n## Featured Conversations \nDestiny Miller: A Real Youth Conversation \nYouth advocate and entrepreneur Destiny Miller will open the program by sharing a teenager’s perspective on the issues young people are dealing with today. She will discuss mental wellness\, belonging\, and what adults and communities can do to help young people thrive. \nDr. Terry Flood: Carrying a Lot\, Being Strong Without Breaking \nEntrepreneur\, family man\, veteran\, and scholar Dr. Terry Flood will speak directly to youth and their families about handling life’s challenges in healthy ways. His message will help young people understand that being strong does not mean carrying everything alone. This conversation is especially designed for youth ages 10 and older and their families. \nBarbara Fountain and Eric Hargrave: Rooted & Rising \nEntrepreneur and family therapist Barbara Fountain and entrepreneur and men’s group leader Eric Hargrave will close the program with a conversation from the perspectives of mothers and fathers.
