LIFE Kidz Academy is an innovative educational program offered by Abundant Life Community Development Corporation (ALCDC), designed to inspire and equip children with the tools they need to thrive, academically, socially, and spiritually. We provide faith-based education, STEAM learning, and social-emotional development to nurture the whole child.
We believe that children flourish when they are given the opportunity to learn with purpose, create without fear, lead with integrity, and grow in community. Through our comprehensive afterschool programs and summer enrichment experiences, LIFE Kidz Academy helps children discover their gifts, build healthy habits, and gain confidence rooted in Christ-centered values.

LIFE Kidz is grounded in four core values that guide every aspect of our youth programming
- LEARN: We create space for children to grow intellectually through structured academics, STEM projects, and literacy development.

- FLOURISH: Children develop socially and emotionally, building friendships, learning empathy, and receiving mentorship from caring adults.

Programs Offered
LIFE Spot, Extended Care & Afterschool Program
LIFE Spot is our after, school and weekend program, offering tutoring, homework help, snacks, and a rich variety of enrichment activities. Children build strong study habits, practice teamwork, and engage in projects that challenge their thinking and creativity. Our program is designed for working parents who need flexible, quality care rooted in faith and integrity.
We also integrate literacy development using story-based learning, featuring characters like Pete the Cat to make reading fun and accessible.
LIFE KIDZ SUMMER CAMP
Our summer camp blends fun with purpose, offering children a full experience across six focus areas
- Arts, Visual and performing arts, creative storytelling, crafts.
- Technology, Hands-on exploration with STEM kits and early coding.
- Music, Expression through rhythm, instruments, and vocals.
- Health & Wellness, Nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness.
- Community Engagement, Field trips, service projects, peer leadership.
- Academic Development, Literacy, math games, and critical thinking
Through weekly themes, field trips, games, and scripture lessons, campers develop friendships, spiritual discipline, and a love for learning.
Who We Serve
LIFE Kidz Academy serves youth in Pflugerville, Austin, and Travis County, focusing on children in low-to-moderate income households or from underserved communities. Our programs are open to all families seeking a safe, values-driven environment where their children can grow.
We provide inclusive support for children of all learning styles and backgrounds and work closely with parents to ensure academic and personal progress.
